I don’t know about you, but I’m over the moon that March is finally here. I can already feel spring in the air!
During my yoga class this week, my teacher shared something that really stuck with me…March is a month of renewal.
January often drags on, feeling heavy and slow, while February flies by in a whirlwind. That makes this new month the perfect time to regroup, reset, and re-energise.
But if you’re emerging from winter feeling dull, tired, or just a little ‘meh’, I hear you! It’s completely normal. And don’t worry, I’ve got your back.
Here are my go-to tricks for looking well-rested and refreshed for the new season...Even if you’re not quite feeling it yet!
Bright Eyes, Brighter You
They say the eyes are the gateway to the soul, but let’s be real, they’re also the biggest giveaway when you’re feeling (or looking) exhausted.
If I wake up with puffy, tired eyes and there’s zero chance of sneaking in an extra hour of sleep, here’s my quick fix:
✨ Step 1: I reach for my Miracle Eye Complex. It contains a powerhouse ingredient called Skin Tightener ST2, which literally firms and brightens in minutes.

💛 Step 1: Sunbeam Cream SPF 50 – My go-to skin prep! It protects and primes in one, leaving a soft-focus, airbrushed effect. Tip: Let it settle for 5 full minutes before applying anything else for the best results.
💛 Step 2: Sheer CC Cream – Instead of heavy foundation, I switch to a lightweight CC cream that evens out my skin without covering up my glow.
💛 Step 3: Cream-Based Products – I ditch powders (which can look cakey and dull) and reach for cream blush and bronzer instead. The result? A soft, dewy complexion that looks fresh and natural. Just the way I like it!
The Power of a Pop
Yesterday, I was getting ready and finished my look with clear lip gloss. But something felt off...My skin looked healthy, but my face lacked vibrancy.
So, I swapped the gloss for a tinted pink lip balm and voilà! instant transformation!
That tiny pop of colour brought my whole face back to life, giving me that ‘just stepped out into the crisp spring air’ glow.
French women have a genius trick too...After applying their lipstick, they pat a tiny amount onto their cheeks. It ties the whole look together for that effortlessly chic, lit-from-within radiance we all love.
