Exchange & Returns Process:

1. Email returns@baseskncare.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Send back your item(s) to us in a secure package. We advise using a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

3. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return.

4. Your refund will then be processed (usually within 5 working days), and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Delivery fees are not refundable.
