The TLC Roller 0.25mm
Treat. Lift. Correct.
- A 100% natural alternative to Botox
- Boosts collagen levels to reduce wrinkles
- Restores firmness and a healthy glow
- Supercharges your skincare routine
Who is it for?
This is a 100% natural, skin rejuvenating treatment that reduces lines and wrinkles, fades pigmentation and refines your pores.
The tiny needles create millions of micro channels into your skin, boosting your collagen levels and allowing the powerful, active ingredients in all BASE products to reach far beyond their usual absorption level.
The TLC Roller supercharges your skincare and takes your results to a whole new level, recreating Amy’s skin clinic experience, at home.
The treatment takes 5-10 minutes and should be done twice a week, with equal days apart. For example, on a Wednesday and Sunday evening.
1. Begin your PM routine with a double cleanse using your Dream Clean Cleanser, to ensure you have a clean base to work on.
2. Work your TLC Roller across your forehead, cheeks, chin and neck using an equal speed and light pressure.
Create a crosshatch pattern in each area by rolling up and down your skin for 3 counts vertically, 3 counts horizontally and 3 counts diagonally in both directions.
3. Finish the remainder of your evening routine and apply Sunbeam Cream - SPF 50 liberally the next morning, to protect your skin from the sun.
This treatment is not recommended if you’re pregnant.
What are the needles made from?
The needles on the TLC Roller are made from 100% titanium and are 0.25mm long, making them safe for at-home treatments.
Does this treatment hurt?
The needles on the Roller are so tiny that they don’t hurt, it just feels like a slightly scratchy sensation. It’s totally bearable and only takes about 5-10 minutes to do.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes, it’s suitable for all skin types (oily, dry, normal, combination), but it’s not suitable for the following skin conditions: Sensitive skin, active acne, open wounds, cold sores, rosacea, keloid scarring, melasma, psoriasis or eczema.
How often do I use the TLC Roller?
For best results, we recommend using your Roller twice a week in your evening routine. The treatments should be evenly spaced to give your skin enough time to recover in-between sessions.
Where do I use the TLC Roller in my routine?
The TLC Roller is always used straight after your double cleanse in the evening. Once the treatment is complete, you can then apply your serums and moisturiser on top.
How do I clean the TLC Roller?
It’s super important that your Roller is sterilised after each use. To do this, run it under boiling water and then spritz it with a sanitising spray before storing it back in its protective case.
How often does the TLC Roller need replacing?
You should replace your TLC Roller every 6 months to keep the needles sharp and effective.
