Does Pin Perfect replace my body scrub?

It certainly does! Body scrubs are often too abrasive and stretch your pores, making them look larger. So instead, Pin Perfect contains 5 AHAs which will melt away dead skin cells without the need for scrubbing. This keeps your pores refined and prevents any unwanted irritation too.

When is the best time to apply it?

For best results, I recommend applying Pin Perfect straight after your bath or shower. Your skin is more permeable at this time which means the products will absorb more deeply for accelerated results - You can use it in the morning or evening, depending on your preference.

What actually are ‘strawberry legs’?

Strawberry legs happen when oil, dirt and bacteria get trapped in your pores, creating a little blackhead. They often look like the seeds of a strawberry, hence their cute nickname 🍓 Pin Perfect works to breakdown those tiny blackheads for a silky smooth finish.

Will this treat cellulite?

As cellulite is a skin condition that affects our fat cells beneath the surface of our skin, there is no such thing as a topical treatment. With that being said, if your skin is dry and dehydrated, the dimpled effect can be exaggerated. So using Pin Perfect will erase the dead skin and intensely rehydrate the area, helping it appear as smooth as possible.

Can you use Pin Perfect over tattoos?

As Pin Perfect is an exfoliating treatment designed to gently resurface and renew your skin, I’d avoid using it over tattoos so that it doesn’t lighten the pigment.

Can I use Pin Perfect on holiday?

Pin Perfect erases dead skin cells to reveal the new, healthy skin beneath the surface. This fresh skin can be more sensitive to the sun though. So use it to prep your skin for holiday, but you don’t need to take it with you on the trip.

How do I use Pin Perfect with fake tan?

Pin Perfect is actually the best way to prep your skin for tanning as it’s an exfoliator in moisturiser form. This means it’ll create the smoothest, most even canvas to work on and will eradicate any dry patches on your knees, elbows and ankles where fake tan can notoriously cling. Just apply a layer 24 hours before you bronze your body and you’ll be good to glow!

Can I apply it straight after shaving?

Your hair follicles and pores are always more sensitive immediately after shaving. So wait at least 2 hours before applying Pin Perfect so that it doesn’t tingle on application, or simply use it the following day instead.

How long will it take to see results?

I’ve genuinely been blown away by how fast people have noticed a difference! However, to set realistic expectations, your skin will instantly feel softer and smoother and you’ll begin to see the reduction in strawberry legs or keratosis pilaris within 3-4 weeks (one full skin cycle) 😊
